The office of the notary is next to the site of the Watertower. From the garden, the tower was clearly visible. The big tree that grows in the garden and generally obstructing vision, was now completely without leaves. So I chose this somewhat unusual position (that garden is in fact a private place) to picture the tower and displaying as my blip for today ... ;)
