Yellow submarine

We thoroughly enjoyed All About Eve last night - Gillian Anderson was incredible, in fact there were stellar performances from all the cast and it was well worth seeing. I know it is being broadcast by NT live at theatres across the country so if you can get a chance to see it, I recommend you do go.

Today I went to see the Sony World Photography Award Exhibition in London. There was some very interesting work there and I particularly enjoyed the work of Nadav Kandar as per the first extra. 

It was a lovely sunny day and I enjoyed my walk back from Somerset House where the exhibition was, over Waterloo Bridge (see my view in extras) to the south bank. I liked the way these staircases have been painted bright yellow, it is a good splash of colour in an urban setting. I found my way to the Leake Street Tunnel which I have been wanting to photograph for a while - very colourful graffiti and wall art, as per my last extra.

I was home again just after lunch - a good morning out in London.
