BOGGLED IS GOOD!

No idea who these people are - for most of the year they belong to a fairly boring bush. the mature leaves are lanceolate & a dark emerald green. In Spring though the new leaves start out a beautiful dark red.

I pass by every day & it's only today that I noticed the incredible subtlety of their weeny flowers - in this the lens was about an inch from the nearest flower. I was well boggled!
