Pavement slinky

No idea what made this pattern on the pavement, but it definitely put my in mind of a slinky :)

Went for my graded exercise therapy session this morning.  The therapist was running late, and needed to get off promptly, so it ended up being half an hour instead of an hour.  I didn't mind; wasn't really feeling it today.  

Carried on to work and had a busy day.  Had a useful meeting this afternoon, then managed to send out a big e-shot, and also finished off the newsletter I've been working on - felt good to get it sent off to the printers.
