Flowers we encountered today

A busy day ahead. Started with a dog walk to get my mind in gear and slipped some of the flowers en route. 
Had our first meeting of our campaign group (-to stop building on our recreation ground) yesterday afternoon where we met people in person instead of online.  We appointed a committee to formalize our Friends group with the city council which will enable us to be involved in consultation.  Finished typing minutes of meeting, posted them online and emailed 4 councillors regarding the campaign as recently discovered the rec is split by the boundary.  Who would place a boundary across a community centre and recreation ground?!
