Sunny south...

The two raised beds in the side garden face each other with about 12 feet of distance between them.  The bed featured in my blip is south facing and as you can see, the phlox is in full bloom.  The phlox in the bed opposite has one or two flower heads but is nowhere near as advanced.  It will be a few weeks before the sun gets round far enough to allow those plants to catch up.

Fairly quiet day.  Some reading, some holiday planning, some preparation for Alan's team meeting tomorrow and the usual weekly challenge of coming up with dinners/lunches for the week ahead.  

No refined sugar again today and no withdrawal headache.  Woo hoo!
