Sweet like heaven

My temperature went down. I slowly started to feel like human again. I felt like some fresh (chilly) air.

I've been feeling sorry for myself being ill and got this cupcake as a cure. I didn't know anything about 'Red velvet cake'. It seems like very popular in Canada (and probably in the States). The one I had wasn't really red but the sponge is normally red coloured with beets. The icing (almost the same amount as the sponge cake!) is mixture of butter cream and cream cheese. Anything with cream cheese will do but this is like heaven to me. It was a little too sweet for my sore throat today, but I am so in love with this cake...
