Indian Pacific

We are now on board the Indian Pacific train for the Coast to Coast journey from Sydney to Perth (which is 4352k ). Our trip takes us to Broken Hill, Adelaide and the Nullabor Plain ( but first we go to Bathurst where we started from this morning 6 hours ago).

I will be out of wifi range for much of the journey but will post if and when I get the opportunity.

The extra is the welcome drinks and music on platform 3.

The train is so long we require a couple of platforms at Sydney Central station to fit us in. We are now In the process of joining the two ends together and should depart any minute.
