Cooking Just Doesn't Get Simpler Than This

Having just finished watching a particularly fantastic series of Masterchef last week, it has not rubbed off on me and this was my lunch today. Two slices of granary bread, three slices of medium cheddar cheese and two slices of honey roast ham.

That said, it was either that or nothing as I hadn't paid attention to the time and had to rush out shortly thereafter to the kids' school as they were having a carol singing session in the playground and, as I was off today, the first day of my Christmas break, it was pretty much a compulsory attendance affair.

Nearly fully prepared for the onslaught next week.
