Weakest before strongest.

1. Breathe in to prepare. Bring your hands in prayer and exhale. Breathe in. Exhale. Breathe in. Hold the breath. Exhale. Breathe in. Exhale. Breathe in and a final exhale.

2. Repeat 216 times.

3. A gorgeous sun salutation practise this morning at dawn. We finish and we have some great and generous vegan food. I never knew how happy I would be to complete the full set.

4. Some sets are quiet. Some are all over the place. Some times though i get so much clarity about my mind and life that it blows me away.

5. And then I get my tattoo.
