Unwell

First day back at work. Up at 4am for the 430am bus. As soon as I got on the bus I felt a little sick, not dangerously so, just worryingly so. Did not sleep well on the bus and when I got to work I did not eat breakfast.

Hardly wanted to have any lunch either but forced myself. Today was a difficult day, the heat was normal but I found it so hard to tolerate. I am thinking it was something I ate last night, ah well I suppose it's my own fault for eating those meats.

Returning to my cabin at the end of the day was glorious.
