Ribwort Plantain
I'm quite fond of wild flowers and grasses, but they need their own space and aren't alway welcome in a managed environment. These delightful plantain are thriving in the grass that borders the vegetable raised beds, along with the tiniest blue speedwells and an abundance of bright happy daisies. Miss is not impressed.
Prior to their demise at the blades of the mower, I took a few shots and gave full rein to the dreamy effects of the software.
Yesterday it was fixing sheds. Today it was rewiring the hair dryer (not that I need such a device, you understand). Make do and mend, once an adage of ye olde times, is now a green mission. Not to mention cheaper than buying new. Yes, I have voted. I know that I have at least one vote. More news tomorrow!
