Busy busy busy

Up early and got to the gym before work which was great.  I'm training hard just now, just because I like it.  My training fitness had been poor in the 18 months or so before my Coeliac diagnosis, it's astonishing how well I feel since excluding barley, rye, oats, wheat and spelt from my diet.  Now the only grain I have is rice.  Really busy all day in the yard so bluebells came to my rescue, always a good blip subject.
