Amazing Gollum <3

I took the boys for a walk after work and then I had a chiropractor appointment. 

Next stop was Slagelse, where I had an errand. 

The boys are still resting after their chiropractor treatment yesterday, so instead of dog dancing training, I did some Nose Work searches with them. Nose Work is a dog sport created to mimic professional detection dog tasks. The dogs must find a hidden target odor and alert the handler. It is more brain work and less physical than dog dancing.

I made a small video of one of Biscuit's searches. You can see it here. He is so sweet and I love how excited he looks when he finds the hide. "I got it, now feed me!" <3

Gollum really amazed me today. When we came to a vehicle search, a cat was hiding under the trailer. Gollum got very excited and I thought he would forget all about Nose Work. I politely asked the cat to leave and as soon as it was gone, Gollum went back to work and a few seconds later he had found the hide! It literally took him seconds to forget about the cat and focus on the job. I was so proud of him!

Hero was a clever boy too. All 3 boys did some excellent work.
