Fading Tulip

I resisted throwing out these tulips earlier in the week in the hope that they might provide a further blip.....and they have!  The texture of the petals look almost like silk.  

A real struggle with motivation to get out for my run this afternoon (5 miles) but so glad I did, one of the best I have done!
