Hendrix and the chairs

You may remember, years ago, I told the story of the other chair in the conservatory. It's on the other side from this photograph but this photo shows the other two chairs.
The cane chair, with the dolly sitting in it, was Daniels chair when he was small. We bought it in 1977 shortly after Daniel was born. He is 42 this year and the chair has been used by Johanna, Julia, Dhylan, Lennon, and other various nephews and neices since. It even came to Saudi with us when Marlane and Daniel joined me in 1984 until the end of 1989
The chair Hendrix is sitting in was F.M.i.L's but I remember it being used for years by F.F.i.L. He was a big man and it's a very strong chair! It was covered in a green faux leather material but when we inherited it, by virtue of F.M.i.L. coming to live with us, Marlane recovered it.
Hendrix really loves books and his words are coming back as he reads them with us. One of my favourite words is 'Duck' which comes out as a loud noise that sounds very like 'Quack'! HAHAHAHAHAHA
By the way, he was 19 months yesterday.
