Soft, Refreshing

..... but not enough of it here in Norfolk!

After a six hour shift in the cafe yesterday I drove home across the country, calling in on Ruth briefly.  A good run but unsurprisingly feeling a bit limp today.  

The rain which has fallen very gently today is very welcome.  It had not penetrated very far into the dry earth when I checked in on the allotment but came down much harder while I was earthing up the recently emerged spuds to protect against the forecast frost this weekend!  More please.

Among the many plants enjoying the rain this Camassia caught the eye.
