Indian Butter Chicken

Indian butter chicken. Wine: Rusack Chardonnay Santa Rita Hills Mt. Carmel Vineyard 2017.

This is, by far, my most successful attempt at making Indian food. It tasted like something I could order at the excellent Indian restaurant down the street. It was fantastic. The wine was wonderfully complex and—appropriately—buttery.
