"Oh the weather outside is........"

Sheer Dreichness and Miserability is what I would describe it as. Someone once told me "There is no such thing as bad weather - only bad clothing" - 'Aye right', as they say.
However the decorating is finished, (I think) and the football is on the Telly, so who minds a little water now and again.
