3 years ago today.

3 years ago I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia. I went through 12 months of treatment, 5 months in a hospital room after chemo sessions and destroying my immune system. I've had 55 pints of blood, through transfusions, dozens of platelet infusions, multiple scans, 13 bone marrow tests but I'm here. After all that, I've done my 14th parkrun and I've got a place for the 2020 London Marathon.

Onwards and upwards.
