Look up!

My first visit to Sandringham gardens today.  Surprisingly few visitors, for a bank holiday, probably due to the, erm, changeable weather!  However, despite the showers and hail and wind, it was a very enjoyable few hours, and I got some photographs I was pleased with.  This is perhaps a bit unexpected (it's not the statues of Father Time or the Buddha, it's not the lake or the house or rhododendrons) but I do like to try to see things from a different angle.  The bark on this very tall tree intrigued me, and then I chanced to look up...

Black and white with red filter, which has helped to bring out the blue sky against the clouds (it wasn't raining or hailing at this precise point!).
