Great Langdale

The weather was perfect as we left our cottage in Ings so we decided on a walk up on Loughrigg Fell before breakfast.
We could see for miles and snow was visible on a far felltop, probably Helvellyn.
After another scrumptious breakfast at Chester’s we couldn’t leave the lakes before another tour around the Langdales. The view into Great Langdale has got to be one of the best in Britain and what a sight it was in the spring sunshine
