Rain

Guess what, it is raining again. Again. Endless, ceaseless shite.

Not that people here worry, but Ottawacker Jr. seems to be responding by taking a health dip. He is still coughing and spluttering, and yesterday's improvement seems only to have served as a benchmark for how bad he is today. Maybe the defeat against Barcelona hit him harder than I thought - a delayed action depression.

Parts of the city are really dismal in the rain. The grey, drab architecture of Bank Street for example. At times like this, I long for European countryside - Wales, Scotland, France - places where bugs don't eat you alive and where you can thrive in the natural verdure of nature.
