Aliens are landing
Different Saturday. We had a traditional breakfast out on the way into town for our usual coffee and shopping. It was at breakfast where I looked up and grabbed today’s blip.
A welcome change brought about as we were going out this evening to see Show of Hands at St Dunstan’s Church in Cranbrook. This meant a early “tea”
In between town and show I persevered at the allotment between showers, sowing peas, carrots, spring onions and honesty and generally keeping the plot on the tidy side of chaotic. Susan was doing her usual Saturday cleaning chores whilst I was at the allotment.
Show of Hands were supported by Richard Shindell, fine musician and singer songwriter whom we’ve listened to for many years. It was an inspirational gig. New songs old favourites, consummate musicians with powerful lyrics.
