Baking day again

After having TWO muffins yesterday, big bruv asked me to make him a rum and raisin cake. This was the closest I could find - I swapped the sherry for rum. I don't know what it'll taste like, but with the amount of rum it's got in it, I doubt if anyone will care :-)
