Exhausted

Well not really but Jo had run very hard today in our first Club Race for the 2019 Harrier Season. Today's Race was a fun event, Back to Back Relay where the slowest runner is matched with the fastest until the teams become evenly matched. The teams head out on a circuit of about 8kms in different directions until they meet, change batons and turned around and run back the way the came. The first team to cross the line win the Trophy, this year Father and Daughter, Russell and Leanne were first and were in the middle teams.
