Badminton

We went to Badminton show jumping again today with Stiffknees and Mr Sk and had a lovely afternoon out. The final was so exciting, Oliver Townend was last to jump and we knew he could afford to knock down one fence but not two in order to keep first place. He knocked down one and the crowd watched his remaining jumps with eagle eyes. He got through clear ...but...shock horror, he had a time penalty!!!! he lost by 0.3 points! Piggy French, another British rider, won and was so full of beans it was a pleasure to see. This was neither of the two riders I have mentioned but I particularly liked this horse and the shot gives you a feel of the arena and where we were sitting.
