Went food shopping after spending the day in bed not well. Decided to squeeze in a short walk at our local nature reserve to clear the cobwebs and heard this blackcap in the bushes.
I think I did not bad getting a photo of a rather skulky bird with just my mobile phone!
Also saw a hovering kestrel.
