Leaf-bread

It's a tradition in norther part of Iceland to make leaf-bread for Christmas. The recipe is very simple, but the making is very special and only made in Iceland. The dough is flattened and shaped in to a very thin round cakes. Than we make pattern in the cakes with a special iron and turn the pattern up in with a knife and then we deep fry it for about 10 seconds.
