Manual !!!!

Have spent the day going from AV and TV to manual for my homework for the course I am currently doing - A YEAR WITH MY CAMERA. Trying to get my head around stops and the triangle. Some if it makes sense - I even did a short quiz and got right answers. Just soooo difficult to get muscle memory at the moment. So this was taken with my camera rather than my phone. Have promised myself one really good pic by the end of the course!
