Rhododendron

The most recent rhododendron is in full bloom. It is very unusual and very pretty. I suspect the flowers will have died by the time Hubby returns hence the photo.

Despite it being a Bank holiday the village is fairly quiet. Probably the cold, wet weather has kept the day trippers away.
