Which one?

I was in a local garden centre and saw these christmas tree decorations, but which one will I need, or maybe not need? Will it be "bumps" first christmas or not?

While I was looking I got a call to say my daughter in law had been really ill most of the night and day and had been taken to hospital. She's on a drip now to dehydrate her and is doing ok. Only 5 days to go.
