Christmas travel madness

We do we have Christmas in the winter? Australia has it right - summer, barbecues, happy days. This was the A40 at Canaston Bridge, closed in both directions for most of the day, trying to get to Carmarthen station, because trains throughout Wales had been cancelled due to flooding. I made it by knowing all the tiny backroads.... nightmare
