Had a cracker of a long lie this morning - didn't know anything about it until 10.45.

Big Brother No 3 called in and wanted to take us out for dinner, but not a table was to be had so he accepted my meantablls and stollen mince pies instead. Now making a snowman cake for Christmas Day. It looks nothing like a snowman at the moment, but with some heavy grouting I might just manage to get his head to stick on to his body before he melts. Cranberry, orange and ginger relish already made - these are for the Christmas cake cheesecake designed for Boxing Day.
