Bluer than Bluebells

This is Lithodora diffusa “Heavenly Blue” on the rockery in the garden.

There are lots of bluebells in the garden. Too many really as they spread rapidly. But there is no doubt that this alpine plant, which can be bought at many plant nurseries, beats them for blueness.
