Mince pies

Mother-daughter mince pie making session was hampered by a lack of:

- measuring scales, cup measurements or any way of isolating 350 grams of flour.
- sieve. Used a tea strainer. Time consuming.
- rolling pin. Used roll of cling film.
- pastry cutters. Used two wine glasses.
- baking tray. Had to use muffin tray. Pies are huge.

They turned out ok though, considering the above.
