Bluebells

I gave in to the temptation today and headed off to find some bluebells.  I intended doing close up shots so tried various lenses (I think this was with the 30mm prime).  The longer shots with a wider range just showed up all the bits of wood that had fallen.

I was, as you'd expect, flat on the ground and was surprised at how sharp the old beech nut cases are - went right through layers of clothing with their spikes.

Various other odds and ends done/not done and now in a rush to get the dog walked and me ready to drive over to Witney - can't remember what I'm judging but I'll find out when I get there.  It's  over an hour's drive so I'll have to get a wriggle on!!
