Clinging on to Life

This poppy has emerged from a pile of rubble at the side of my house, proof that life can spring from even the harshest environments.

Went to see the Tolkien film today, all about the influences on J.R.R.Tolkien over his life that led to the creation of the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings.  Most enjoyable.
