Pond Skater

 Text message at the hairdresser this morning had me heading up to pick up Suejay50, and off we went to Bovey Tracey Golf Course to see the annual Photographic Exhibition put on by the WCPF (www.wcpf.org.uk 

After a coffee and a sandwich in the club House we went to Stover Country Park to see if there was much happening wild life wise. There wasn't a lot happening. A few mallard on the lake, along with a pair of nesting swans, and saw three Hooded Meganser. In the woods we saw squirrels, at the base of the nut hanger for the birds. That feeding station was busy with blue and great tits, the odd cole tit. A very tame robin who ate biscuit crumbs off my  hand.  A very pleasant stoll :-)
