blue skies and snow

Set my alarm clock to 2 to check if there was any Northern Lights to be seen. I looked out of the window and it wasn't really dark. Bah, too late in the year. Back to sleep. 

The day started off with clear skies. It did get grey in the afternoon. There weren't any photo opportunities under dull light as there are just trees with some huts/houses and not much else.

Work was busy. We got the people setup with their piccolo system. All working so far and they seem to be quite happy with the operation. I started working on the data processing code. Lunch was rather nice - salmon soup and for dinner I had a stirfry with reindeer meat which was extremely tasty.

Forecast is snow/rain for tomorrow.
