At Scarborough: Christmas Flowers

Flowers at christmas are strange I suppose. All the other objects of celebration are so woody. Mistletoe, Holly and the christmas tree. Flowers are so delicate, in contrast. Ella bought these for Grandma, to say thank you in advance for having us over the Christmas period. We have all collapsed into chairs this evening. Exhausted from a 6 hour rainy drive and a hike around the castle and headland with Grandpops.

Being away form home, is more exhausting than being at home. (which will make Jayne, feel better because if she exhausted looking after the farm, I am just as exhausted being away from it!) x
