Sending Love

Sending love to everyone impacted by the weather either at home or preventing them from getting to their loved ones.

I hope that anyone travelling for Christmas gets there safely.

Go large to see his heart. For anyone that hasn't met my mice before he isn't edible and he is only 2cm high. He will not be going on the Christmas cake

Exercise:
I have walked down town and back in the rain - yuk and I've done lots of hula hooping. It's certainly getting easier
