Therapy Dog!

Having left Bella for 2 hours while we had to go to the Dentist, I didn't think it was fair to leave her again while I went for a treatment on my shoulder so she came with me!

Luckily the therapist is a friend of mine who totally adores Bella so she was more than happy for her to come and actually she was as good as gold.

Iv had some spasm released around my shoulder and upper arm and been given a few gentle exercises to do.

Chi chi then came to play which totally made Bellas day.
