Number One

Today was all about nosework! We spent the whole entire morning at the dog club for our final lesson this spring. Oddly enough, the dog club was invaded by ornithologists because a rare bird, a hoopoe, had been sighted there the day before.

Anyway. We did nine - NINE - searches each! That a lot! Three outdoor (with a tricky wind that kept changing), three indoor (in sheds with lots of smells already) and three vehicle. We had a tractor, a big lawnmower and a wagon. I think it went well. I found them all. It will be a big job for me to constantly remind mum that we have to continue practicing. Nosework is our sport!

There is a podium at the dog club, for competitions. I wanted to try out the number one spot.
