“Je parle Francais com un vache Espanyol” I learned to say when we first came to Normandy the find a house. I haven’t picked up much more if any in the last six months or so. Although I don’t think I did too bad with a wrong number that rang yesterday. OK his English was quite good.
Finding quite a few wild flowers around here to make up for the ones I miss from Orkney. This is pretty much like the marsh orchids that would appear in the machair. Not missing the marsh so much!
