Homeward bound

Am interesting day.

Around 1100 (out of 8000) 'people managers' from across the entire business, from places as far apart as the Channel Islands, Aberdeen and the West Country and with roles that ranged across farmer, mechanic, supermarket and department store sales assistant, through warehouse manager to IT professional, all in the NEC for the launch of a new personal development journey.

I shall reserve judgement.
