MonoMonday Challenge 275 - Move, movement, moving
We passed by this incinerator on our way back to Havana towards sunset. I would say that there are lots of great things about agriculture and food in Cuba. You just trust that it is good and natural without pesticides or genetic modifications, etc. I have never tasted honey so good as in Cuba, or all of the tropical fruits. Sure there is a lot of trash in some towns and places. The poverty can be very oppressive at times, but even so most people seem to take great care to keep there little angle clean. Given the economic difficulties and trade issues, I have been amazed how items are re-purposed and re-used multiple times. Well, this place is the end of the line. I put the window down to take pictures as we passed by and it was very Mad Max otherworldly with grinding and belching noises. The plume of smoke stretched across the entire horizon as the wind 'moved' it along. I would hate to be down stream of it...
