Milliner in training?

Dorsetb didn’t need too much persuading to accompany me to ‘unveiled - the craft of millinery’ an exhibition which is running as part of a London Craft week. There were 14 hats on display, each by a different milliner, and each demonstrated a different technique. I loved being able to see them up close, and see the construction.
The millinery show was in the Artworkers Guild, a stunning building on a sedate square not far from the British Library.
There is a whole host of craft related events going on all over London, until 12 May.
