Last nights coffee with  a friend has pre-occupied me today. 
She basically gave me a lecture about how I'm not doing enough to help myself  get better and if she was me she would do things differently. 
She has no idea what I feel and how hard it is to do certain things. 
So from now on, I'm not sharing anything with her. Another person I can't talk to. 

This is a flower from a lovely bouquet that a friend sent me from Australia.
