Sightseeing in Amsterdam

In spite of a very wet day we set off on our planned trip to Amsterdam. We took the train in then boarded the canal boat for a cruise along the canal, followed by a walk, then bus ride. We stopped off at the diamond factory where we saw diamonds being cut and a demonstration of different categories of diamonds from a few hundred to many thousands. We finished off with the bus and the train back to our holiday home.
